Dr. Prakash Kumar Gautam has a Ph.D. in Management from Tribhuvan University. With more than 15 years of teaching experience, Gautam is a faculty at Shanker Dev Campus and several other business schools. He specializes in teaching academic theories to this generation of energetic students and learners. He is also a lecturer of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management. His contribution towards the education systems extends to the numerous academic articles, which he has successfully published in recognized national and international journals.
