Professional law practitioner as an advocate, Binod Mani Bhattarai is a lecturer of Business and Corporate Law for several business schools affiliated to Tribhuvan University, Pokhara University and others. Academically, he holds a Master's Degree in English Literature, Political Science and Bachelors of Legislative Law (LLB). As a lecturer, Advocate Bhattarai has been advocating the interrelationship between a corporate entity and corporate law for a decade and plus. His extensive experience as a law practitioner makes his teaching pedagogy more pragmatic and focuses on the factual evidence and scenario of Business Law in the context of Nepal.
